Rotty Tops a Zombie Girl gives Shantae Caramel which turns out to be a incredibly effective laxative not just for girls, but half genies such as Shantae. She has 4 trips of diarrhea. Makes the game way easier! Definitely play the Shantae series and see what i mean. Same Company that makes River City Girls 1 & 2 based off of River City Ransom for NES.
