Rotty Tops a Zombie Girl gives Shantae Caramel which turns out to be a incredibly effective laxative not just for girls, but half genies such as Shantae. She has 4 trips of diarrhea. One in her toilet, one in a outhouse, one in a public toilet & finally 1 in the forest. "I didn't know I could transform like that" is replaced with what you see.
